Dealer Installed Toyota Securikey Remote Programming Instructions

This Dealer Installed Toyota Securikey system uses replacement remote: ELVAT6B, PROTX6

1.  Start with valet switch OFF
2.  Turn key to ON
3.  Press the valet switch ON then OFF 3 times.
4.  Press the LOCK button on every remote you wish to program for 3 seconds, one after another.  Horn will sound after each.
5.  Press valet switch ON then OFF.  Hear 2 beeps.
6.  Press the UNLOCK button on every remote you wish to program for 3 seconds, one after another.  Horn will sound after each.
7.   Press valet switch ON then OFF.  Hear 3 beeps.
8.  If the Trunk Release Upgrade Kit is not present then skip to next step.  Hold TRUNK button for 3 seconds on every remote you wish to program, one after another.  Horn will sound after each.
9.  Press valet switch ON then OFF.  Hear 4 beeps.
10.  If there are no Securikey+ Upgrade Kit present then skip to next step.  Hold TRUNK button for 3 seconds on every remote you wish to program, one after another.  Horn will sound after each.
11.  Press valet switch ON then OFF.  Hear 5 beeps.
12.  Do not program any remote buttons to channel 5.  Skip to next step.
13.  Press valet switch ON then OFF.  Hear 6 beeps.
14.  If there is no Securikey+ Remote Start Kit present then skip to next step.  Hold REMOTE START button for 3 seconds on every remote you wish to program, one after another.  Horn will sound after each.
15.  Turn key to OFF.  Hear a soft and loud beep.  Programming is complete.

General DEI programming procedure:

Alarm must be disarmed. Valet mode won’t work. The red LED must be off. If there is no
working remote and the alarm sounds when you open the door or start the vehicle then do
the following:

Press valet switch for one second and release with the ignition ON. If that doesn’t work then do it with ignition OFF.

Adding a new remote:
1. Open driver door until the remote is programmed.
2. Press the valet/program button located under dash on driver’s side.
3. Turn the ignition to ON.
4. Within 5 seconds of step 3 press the valet/program switch 1 time, release it, press it again and hold it. You may hear a chirp, beep, or honk.
5. Within 5 seconds press left button on remote for 2 seconds. You may hear chirp, beep, or honk.
6. Release the valet/program switch, press again, and release it, press again, hold it. Press the right button on the remote (get chirp, beep, or honk) and release the valet/program switch, press again, release it, press again and hold it. Press both buttons on the remote and get a chirp, beep, or honk.
7. Release the valet/programming switch.
8. Turn ignition to OFF.

Hornet 740 Remote Programming Instructions

This Hornet 740 system uses replacement remote: 473T, 7133L, 473V, 473L, EZSDEI474

Please Note: The following Programming Instructions can be used to program this replacement transmitter to the system in order to enter the Programming Instructions, The system's Valet/Program switch must be plugged into the BLUE port.

1. Open the driver door.
2. Insert the key in the ignition and twist it to the ON position.
3. Choose. Within 5 seconds press and release the Valet/Program button the number of times corresponding to the desired channel listed below. Once you have selected the channel, press the Valet/Program button once more and hold it. The LED will flash the same number of times as the channel selected and the siren (if connected) will chirp to confirm the selected channel. Do NOT release button.
4. Press the button on the remote that you're assigning to that channel. If the horn siren was works, you should get a chirp and this indicates that the remote has been programmed.
5. Release the Valet button/switch then remove the key from the ignition as this will turn the programming mode off.

Valet 561R Remote Programming Instructions

This Valet 561R system uses replacement remote: 473T, 7133L, 473V, 473L, EZSDEI474

NOTE: Before you use this programming instructions make sure that your system's Valet/Program switch is plugged into it's BLUE port as this will put the system in programming mode to accept new remote.

1. Door. Open a door.
2. Key. Turn the key to the ON position.
3. Press the Valet/Program button once the number of times corresponding to the channel listed below within 5 seconds. After that, press and hold the valet button this time. The LED should flash the same number of times as the channel selected and the siren (if was installed properly) will chirp to confirm the selected channel. DO NOT release the valet button yet.
4. Press the button on the remote that you're assigning to that channel. If the horn siren was works, you should get a chirp and this indicates that the remote has been programmed.
5. Release the Valet button/switch then remove the key from the ignition as this will turn the programming mode off.
