DEI Python 4806P Remote Programming Instructions

This DEI Python 4806P system uses replacement remote: 7656P, EZSDEI7656A

PROGRAMMING INSTRUCTION

This system does not come with pre programmed remote. The unit can only save up to 4 remote codes in memory.

To program your new remote just follow these steps:

1. Raise the hood
2. Turn valet switch OFF
3. Turn key in the ignition to ON position.
4. Turn valet switch ON. The parking lights SHOULD turn on for 5 seconds.
5. Press channel 1 on the remote within 5 seconds of step 4. (lights will flash 5 times fast, and 2 times slow)
6. Turn ignition OFF and close the hood.

If your vehicle's system was installed without the valet switch you can order one and install it to make it easier to do the programming.

DEI Python 5706P Remote Programming Instructions

This Python 5706P system uses replacement remote: 7111L, 7111A, 7111R


Place the system on programming mode:

1. Open one door.
2. Turn the key in the ignition to ON position.
3. Within 5 seconds press the control button once.

4. Within 5 seconds press and hold control button. If the system is ready to learn remotes the LED will flash in a single flash sequence. The siren or horn will make a single sounds if connected. Release the control button.

Now here's how to program the remote:

5. Press and hold the "f" button for 8 seconds. The remote beeps once, MAIN MENU mis displayed. Release "f" button.
6. Press AUX until REMOTE PAIR is displayed.
7. Press and hold the "f" button until the remote beeps 3 times. Release button.
8. Press the lock button.
9. If programming is successful the siren chirps and the remote emits several tones. The screen displays if pairing is successful or failed. If it fails go back to step 4.
10. Press unlock once you're done to exit programming mode.

This DEI Automate AM6.2 system uses replacement remote: 7111L, 7111A, 7111R

The system can store up to 4 different remote control codes in memory and comes with 2 remotes that are already programmed to it. Use the following instruction to program your new and existing remote.

Valet switch/button is usually plugged into the receiver's blue port, and used for programming.

1. Turn the key the ignition to ON. Don't start the engine.

2. Within 10 seconds, press the valet switch/button the number of times corresponding to the desired channel listed shown on the picture below. Once you have selected the channel, press the valet switch/button and HOLD it. LED will flash to confirm the selected channel. Do not release the valet switch/button yet.

3. Press the key button program the remote or to reset one of the features in the remote programming grid. The horn honks to confirm that the code has been successfully accepted.

4. You can release the valet switch button once you're done.

This DEI Avital 4113 system uses replacement remote: 7111L,7111A, 7111R


The system comes with two remote controls that have been taught to the receiver. The receiver can store up to 4 different remote control codes in memory. Use the following learn routine to add remote controls to the system.

The Program switch, plugged into the blue part, is used for programming. There is a basic sequence of steps to remember whenever programming this unit: Key, Choose, Transmit and Release.

1. Turn the key the ignition to the ON position.

2. Choose. Within 10 seconds, press and release the Program switch the number of times corresponding to the desired channel listed next. Once you have selected the channel, press the switch once more and HOLD it. The LED will flash to confirm the selected channel. Do not release the program switch.

3. Transmit. While HOLDING the Program switch, press the key button program the remote or to reset one of the features in the remote programming grid. The horn honks to confirm that the code has been successfully programmed. it is not possible to teach a remote control to the system more than once.

4. Release. Once the code is learned, the program switch can be released.

The following Learn Routine can be used to program this replacement transmitter to the system. In order to enter the Learn Routine, the system's Valet/Program switch must be plugged into the BLUE port.

1. Open the driver's door.

3. Within 5 seconds press Valet button /switch the number of times corresponding to the desired channel, then press and hold it. The LED will flash the same number of times you pressed it and the siren (if connected) will chirp to confirm. DO NOT release the button.
4. While holding the Valet button, press the button from the remote you wish to assign to that channel. The unit will chirp (if horn or siren connected) to confirm that the remote has been programmed.
5. Once the code is accepted you can release the Valet button and remove the key.

Please Note: To program your remote just follow the steps below. And, in order to get your system on programming mode, you'll need Valet switch/button which usually is plugged into the BLUE port of the receiver (black small box).

1. Open driver's door.
2. Turn ignition ON using your key. (Make sure the engine did not start)
3. Within 5 seconds press the Valet button/switch the number of times corresponding to the desired channel as seen on the picture below, then press and hold it UNTIL the specific button of your remote is programmed. Your LED will flash the same number of times you pressed the valet button and you'll hear a chirp to confirm the system is in programming mode.
4. Press the button that you'd like to assign to that channel on your remote. then you'll hear another chirp to confirm that the remote has been paired.
5. Release the valet button and remove the key when you're done.

5. Release. Once the code is learned you can release the Valet/Program button and remove the key.

DEI Viper 800 ESP Remote Programming Instructions

This DEI Viper 800 ESP system uses replacement remote: EZSDEI471, 471T, 471C

ATTENTION: These types of systems can only be paired with a maximum of 4 remotes and it comes with a remote that's already programmed to it.

But if you bought a new remote or wants to change your existing remotes button functions just follow these steps.

1. Turn ON the ignition, make sure the engine did not start.

2. Within 10 seconds press the valet switch/button the number of times corresponding to the desired channel list shown on the picture. Then you press the button one more time and HOLD it. The LED will flash and keep on holding the button/switch.

3. Press the button on the remote that you're programming to the system.

4. When your remote's button is programmed, that's the time you can release the valet button/switch.

TIPS: You can advance from programming one channel to another by releasing the Program switch and tapping it to advance steps and then holding it. For instance: You have programmed Channel One and you want to program Channel Two. Release the Program switch. Press it one time and release it to advance from Channel One to Channel Two. Now, press and HOLD the Program switch. The LED will flash two times. As beffore, do not release it.

If you want to program Channel Three after programming Channel One, release the Program switch, press it twice and release it to advance to Channel Three. Then press it once more and HOLD it. LED will flash three times to confirm it is ready to receive the code from the transmitter.

This type of system can be paired up with a maximum of 4 remotes and comes with one remote that's already programmed to it.

Here's how you program the remote to the system or to change it's button's functions.

1. You turn the ignition ON,do not star the engine.

2. In 10 seconds, press the valet switch/button the number of times corresponding to the desired channel listed shown on the picture. Then you press the button one again and HOLD it.The LED will flash and you need to keep on holding the button/switch.

3. While holding the switch/button, press the button on the remote that you'd like to program.

4. When your remote's button is programmed, that's the time you can release the valet button/switch.

NOTE: You can program from 1 channel to another by releasing the valet switch and tapping it to advance steps and then holding it. For instance: You have programmed Channel 1 and want to program Channel 2. Release the valet switch. Press it one time and release it to advance from Channel 1 to Channel 2. Now, press and HOLD the valet switch. The LED will flash two times. As before, do not release it. This DEI Viper PC 600 HF system uses replacement remote: EZSDEI471, 471T, 471C


Your can pair up the system with a maximum of 4 remotes and it comes with one remote that's already programmed to it.

To change your remote's buttons functions and program a new transmitter just follow the steps below:

1. Turn the ignition On. Make sure you did not start the engine.

2. Within 10 seconds, press the valet switch/button by the number of times corresponding to the desired channel listed as seen on the picture below. Press the button and HOLD it.The LED will flash and do not release the button/switch yet.

3. While holding the valet switch/button, press the button on the remote that you'd like to program.

4. You can release the valet switch/button once the remote's button is programmed.

To program from 1 channel to another by releasing the valet switch and tapping it to advance steps and then holding it. For instance: You have programmed Channel 1 and want to program Channel 2.
